How to use this library

These are the official brand and media resources of the University of Makati. Everything here is released for UMak digital properties, affiliated systems, and academic publications — never for commercial or third-party use.

1 · Browse

Pick a category below, or search across every collection. Previews are watermarked; the original file is never served until you have agreed to the usage terms.

2 · Agree & verify

Open any resource to read its description and the usage agreement. Accept it once, confirm your email, and your download session stays active for 24 hours.

3 · Download

Consented files download immediately — no waiting for approval. CIC is notified which resource was used and by whom, for the brand-use record.

Access levels

  • Public Open to anyone who accepts the usage agreement and verifies their email.
  • Within UMak Requires a signed-in @umak.edu.ph account.
  • Strictly private Requires CIC approval and a named allowlist. Reviewed individually.

Assets are issued as project-scoped packages and must be self-hosted by the authorized project. Public-facing digital platforms additionally require Form 5 — Digital Platform Brand Use Request. Read the full Terms of Use and the UMak Identity System.
